This is the lock that sits inside the door and does the heavy lifting on your main entries. We fit and service Lockwood 3700-series locks on timber, aluminium and steel doors, set up to suit each one — keyed on one side or both, whatever the room needs. Stiff, sticking, or the key won't turn? We repair or replace it on the spot and cut you a spare while we're there.
Commercial locksetsHandle, cylinder and lock as one
A lockset is everything on the door working together — the handle, the cylinder you put the key in, and the lock itself. We supply and fit complete commercial locksets to match the door and how hard it gets used, so the front counter, back office and store rooms each get the right one. Restricted key systemsKeys nobody can copy without your say-so
Ordinary keys can be cut at any hardware shop. Restricted keys can't — new ones are only made when you say so, and we keep a register, so you always know exactly how many are out there and who's got them. That's the difference-maker the day someone leaves and “forgets” to hand their key back. Works hand in hand with a master key setup.

Door closersDoors that shut properly, every time
A door closer is the arm at the top of the door that pulls it shut on its own — quietly, at the right speed, so it latches and the lock can catch. They're a must on fire doors and busy entries. We supply, fit and adjust closers (Dorma included) so a door doesn't slam or drift half-open. A banging or lazy door is often a quick tweak; a worn-out closer we'll simply replace.
Door furnitureHandles and plates that take a hammering
The handles, plates and pulls on a busy commercial door cop more use in a week than a home door sees in a year. We fit heavy-duty stainless handles made to take it, and match the finish across the building so it all looks the part. Handles gone loose or spinning, plates cracked or worn — we repair or replace them, whatever the brand.
Commercial rekeyingNew keys without new locks
Lost a key, had someone leave, or had a break-in? Instead of buying new locks, we change the ones you've already got so the old keys stop working and a new key takes over. Do you set up master key and restricted key systems?
Yes. We design and install master key systems for tiered access, and restricted key systems where duplicates can only be cut on your written authority. The two pair together, so the right people hold the right keys and nobody copies one at the corner shop. See our master key & restricted systems page.
Can you rekey our locks after a staff change?
Yes — rekeying changes the pins inside the existing cylinder so old keys stop working and a new key takes over, usually without replacing the locks. We can do a single door or a whole site in one visit, ideal after a staff departure, a lost key or a break-in. See lock rekeying.
Do you install electric strikes and maglocks?
Yes. We supply and install electric strikes, electromagnetic maglocks and stand-alone digital/keypad locks so doors can be released remotely or opened without cutting more keys — great for reception, deliveries and controlled-access doors. We fit stand-alone electronic hardware, not full networked IT access-control systems.
Do you supply and fit door closers and furniture?
Yes — overhead door closers (including Dorma) supplied, adjusted and replaced, plus commercial-grade lever furniture, plates and pulls. Slamming, dropping or propped-open doors are often just a closer adjustment; worn hardware we swap out and match to your finishes.

There's no fixed price list — the cost depends on the door, the hardware you choose and how many doors are involved. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a straight quote. We work across the Rockingham to Mandurah corridor, Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm.
